I need my refund fir the following reason; First night once we arrived to hotel Regency , the AC was not working in our room #1303 we reported it and then at 1 am they moved us to another room #603 that also has broken AC . They try to fix it , it took them longer then they put us in Room #1030 at about 4:15 am. No sleep all night . In addition by moving our luggage to 3 different rooms , my wife lost her dress or was stollen from her till the following day when we complained and reported the missing dress then they brought it to us after 2 hours negotiation and denial .
This was the worst experience with Expedia since 2010 and I hope to receive my full refund. Thank you
