“We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed……

“The hotel ia located right opposite to Gare Saint Charles train and metro station. A pleasant walk of 16 mins to the old port. Surrounding area is a bit dodge but doesn’t feel unsafe even walking alone at night. Breakfast is good. ”

“鄰近中央火車站和巴士總站，出入鄰近地區，和遠郊地區旅遊景點，非常方便。酒店房間無熱水煲，冲茶飲不方便。另外，浴室空間大，有浴缸，但無玻璃屏幕，花洒冲凉會使到大面浴室地面濕滑，產生危險。”
