“The Post Office is everything you want in a vacation rental. Charming, cozy, well thought out, and close to all the things. Our family of four (two big kids) fit well in the space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The garden is beautiful and the peonies and irises were popping when we were there. The hosts were accessible and had lovely recommendations of the local scene. We would definitely come back!! ”

“Right in the heart of things”

“The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ……

“Lovely little apartment in the middle of it all. Fun views of the public dock and bustling crowd. We enjoyed our short trip to Boothbay and the nearby botanical gardens. Great communicative host! Stay here if you can!”

“Lovely large studio close to shops and Red’s Eats. Nice to have a parking space. Very clean and nice amenities. Great little extras and a nice full kitchen.”

“Adorable and comfortable cottage. So close to everything! Walk into the heart of Boothbay. View of the water….it feels like you are in a treehouse! Abbie (host and owner) and her husband are so nice and helpful with suggestions of everything! Can’t say enough nice things about our stay! ”

“Fun location with great town & harbor views. But - Very inconvenient remote parking with no parking to unload/load luggage. Very steep 3 flights of narrow stairs. The AC is actually large noisy unsightly swamp coolers in each room. Cheap uncomfortable furniture & beds. And, they ask the renter to do most of the tasks of the maid crew, while still charging you for it.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the home was very inviting, stocked with all the basic things one could possibly need. Family was impressed with how very nice the accommodations were, location was easy to find, and yard and setting was quite lovely. Highly recommend this home !”
