“As advertised. Clean, spacious, modern. This is a remote area and a fantastic way to leave everything behind. There's no cell service here (by my carrier, at least), so it was actually nice to not be bothered by incoming texts. The on-site wifi is very strong, so you can stay connected if you wish. There was some good fishing on the river - right in the backyard. At night while lying in bed the gentle breeze creates a white-noise effect on the roof, lulling you to sleep. We'd definitely……

The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway, but what really made the trip unforgettable was the town of Lincoln. Lincoln is truly a hidden gem in Maine. The area is surrounded by stunning lakes that are perfect for kayaking, swimming, or simply taking in the peaceful views. There are plenty of trails for hiking and exploring, which made it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. After our adventures, we loved……

“This property is very well maintained, close to activities downtown, shopping, festivals, theater and restaurants yet just far enough to be extremely quiet and peaceful. The property owner is very nice, she provides all the necessary amenities for a great stay, accommodating and responsive. ”

It is an awesome location, enough rooms for all of us and it’s right on the water so my sister and I can float. (Which is our favorite.) the lake is clean and cool perfect for floating. “Gwen and Andrew’s cabin was a perfect place to unwind and watch the beauty of the lake by morning, noon and night. It was very tidy, clean and very well thought out for the cozy space inside, with plenty of seating areas outside to move yourself with the sun throughout the day. They kindly offered use of their canoe to explore the peacefully quiet lake and fishing in the coves. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again to rejuvenate in this peaceful place! ”
