“This property manager did try to provide everything needed but it was difficult to talk through the VRBO website. However, calls and texts were responded too.The temperature dropped to 8 degrees and the heating system could not keep up so the manager provided a space heater. However, it did not solve the issue and when I had water issues I left a couple of days early and I'm waiting for a refund. The manager said the heating system is being looked into.
