Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve.
Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind.
The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom.”
“Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. “Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le spa est très sympathique et complet, avec des horaires d'ouverture de 7h à 22h30, ce qui est fortement appréciable. Le massage était superbe. Cependant, le prix du buffet de desserts à 24 € nous semble excessif lorsque l'on prend juste une petite douceur sucrée.
Idem pour le repas au kids club à 32€ pour un croc mr... ”

“Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. ”
“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”
