“What a beautiful and spacious property, with Japanese garden, a few buildings, multiple restaurants, great buffet breakfast, lovely lounges. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Our concierge was just outside our room, so she sweetly helped us with our questions. The room was outstanding— spacious, comfortable. We had everything we needed. A short walk to the subway and trains. A perfect hotel for us. ”

“This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. “可能是住太多五星飯店，所以對東京的威斯汀有所期待，地點在恵比寿，離車站10鐘左右，不近！但是有空中走道，下雨天蠻方便的。入住時排隊辦理登記，等的有些久，有幫我們把行李先提走，服務還不錯。房間說是view很好，可以看到東京鐵塔，但是實際看到很小。房間蠻大的，但是可能有些歳月了，硬件已經跟不上時代，完全沒有五星飯店的豪華感，有點失望！浴室用品都是中國制的，感覺像商務酒店用的，浴缸有點小，泡起來不舒服。整個硬件体驗还是前一晚的設計型酒店舒適。不過，早餐倒是蠻豐盛的，味道和內容都不錯，感覺這次的體驗，完全像買早餐附贈一晚住宿。”
