“A lovely mostly restored authentic Victorian house appointed with period furnishings and artwork. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Window unit A/C worked well. Upgraded towels, toiletries and breakfast items would easily make this an Excellent place to stay. Some hair conditioner and fluffy towels go a long way.”

“I'm so glad that my friends and I decided to not camp. I found this listing and it was more then I expected. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a great look to it with the shower being the best part. As a tall person, I appreciated the taller than normal shower. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and we got to meet the other guests. We were all there to hike the falls at Rickett's Glen park. It was fun to see familiar faces on our hike! Claytonna and her husband……

“My stay was short but the Paper Mill Pines B&B was just lovely! The house was beautifully decorated for fall, the property had gorgeous views and there was a quaint little hiking trail my pup and I enjoyed…and my room, The Cedar Room, was cozy, clean and had all the amenities of home. I would certainly recommend to anyone e traveling through the area. ”

“True hidden Gem. My wife and I travel a lot and typically stay in bed and breakfasts, and this was one of our favorites in the northeast. Fantastic breakfast was an added bonus. The owner, Penny, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough positive things about our stay!”
