“We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an……

“Hotel was set outside of the city but perfect walking distance from our transport stop later in the evening so worked well for us. Staff were polite and hotel was very clean ”

“The location is really convenient. You can find many place to dine in by walking. The room is clean. I really enjoyed staying over there. I recommend to every one. ”
