“We’ve looked for a safe, comfortable, private unit that was close to our son and his family. There are no hotels close to him which always added too much travel time during our visits. This unit was perfect. It consisted of a large room with a queen bed, a recliner, desk with chair, and an attractive wall unit accommodating a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, wardrobe, and storage. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, toiletries, and paper products. The hosts communicated well and……

“We loved our stay. House was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It was tiny as advertised, but my sister and I found it easy to live in for the one night we were here. Beds comfortable (must climb ladder to queen bed but it wasn’t hard). Host was very responsive and helpful. Total 5 star review, and I’d happily stay here again. ”

“Best location ever right on the Greenbelt! Close to the parks. Get out the back gate and ride on the green belt. The only thing to consider is you will have to park on the street and walk up to the property about 100yds. It was not a problem for us. Right next to Luciano’s Italian and Grinds Coffee and not far from push and pour. ”

“We were visiting Boise for the first time, planning to enjoy TreeFort music festival. The house was perfect - we could enjoy the fest and then come back and chill. Easy drive to downtown. We appreciated that the unit was pet friendly bc we had brought our doggo with us. Communication was awesome! Highly recommend!”

“We did have to provide our own dish soap and there was some mold on the ceiling in the bedroom downstairs and in the living room. There were barely enough cups and bowls so it would have been nice to have more especially for larger groups. Dining chairs were fine but seemed a little wobbly like they might break. Other than those minimal things, it was a very nice stay. The beds were very nice and we had enough blankets and towels. It was nice that there was an extra chair in the garage to seat……

“My friend and I stayed here for the PBR, and it was the perfect size. Very spacious and comfortable for a smaller group to stay at! The only thing I’d say is it’s apart of a condo/housing complex so it isn’t super private! But that’s okay I totally recommend staying at the Ford Idaho Center Happy Place, if you are in town for a venue or event. It’s so close, convenient, and comfortable! ”
