Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cosy place to stay. This house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Relaxing and peaceful place for families and friends.
Many car spaces and free street parking, Wifi with unlimited data.
Perfectly located adjacent to the Gunns Road Reserve with acres of parkland to enjoy at your doorstep, which has a great playground, a beautiful walking track along with a secure dog park.
You are also within walking distance to the spring square shopping complex. Located very close to the Monash freeway and Princes highway. For all of your shopping needs, you are within a 5 minute drive to Fountain gate shopping Centre and a 10 minute drive to Dandenong Plaza.
You'll have complete access to the entire, with the exception of the garage.
* Please be aware that while our property is pet-friendly, we want to inform you that there is no secure space in the backyard, so we kindly request that you do not leave your furry friend alone in the backyard during your stay.
* Two elegant bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite.
* Separate laundry room with a washing machine.
* Two designated car spaces provided, and ample free off-street parking available.
• For bookings with no reviews, please send a request first rather than using instant booking.
• Government-issued ID may be required.
• Only registered guests are allowed, so please make sure to include the correct number of guests, including children, in your booking.
• Please observe the noise curfew and keep noise levels down between 9:30 pm and 7:30 am.
• Parties or events are strictly prohibited in the property.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key(s) safe as charges will apply if it is lost.
• Please pull the garbage bins out on the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on MONDAY night before collection day (details about bin collection will be provided at the property).
• Arrival instructions will be sent one day prior to your check-in date.
• We provide an an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
We trust you will help us maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests by following these below PET GUIDELINES. Charges & immediate vacation may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed.
WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE MOST WELCOME, HOWEVER,
* Dogs are most welcome in the floored areas. Please do not allow your dog into any carpeted areas or on rugs.
* Dogs are strictly prohibited from using the bedding or furniture. Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment - bowl, lead etc. * Dogs are not allowed on any couches or beds at any time.
* A dry-cleaning charge may apply if dog hair needs to be removed from bedding or upholstery.
* If holes are found in window or door screens from dogs scratching you will need to cover replacement of the screens. Please ensure your dog does not scratch doors or screens. Scratch marks on doors will also incur replacement charges.
* Please ensure you clean up any little surprises around the garden! It is not fair for the housekeepers or next guests to have to do this.
* A 2-pet limit is imposed in the house without a specialised permit.

* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
* Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* On Monday night, please ensure that council bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed for the weekly collection.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking at a carport is available in the backyard and plenty of off-street parking for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.

Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
