Very close to convenient transport. Apartment very clean and nicely furnished. Good variety of restaurants nearby, also close to brunswick baths.
Need to set up room key remotely on your phone before arrival and (because tv not directly connected to the internet) also need own device to connect to netflix. We managed but took time to figure out.

There was a fan in the apartment that was activated every time we opened the light at the bathrooms and kept going even after we closed the lights. We tried hard to connect to the TV but it was impossible.
The digital key is ok providing that your clients are really tech savvy. If not, the stay is impossible. Therefore, you alienate a big proportion of the population.
I am not happy that we had to pay for parking although it was available for clients at the basement. I believe that the parking should have been complementary the same way it was complementary for people who booked directly with the property. I felt we were penalised for booking the property with you.
Your communication was thorough though and very accurate so we knew what to do at all times. I could also easily contact a help desk that was answered by a real person. That was extremely helpful.

The property location is excellent - close to trains and trams, shops and restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished and equipped however the electronic security system was complicated and difficult. Also the communication with the Rambla administration was difficult and unfriendly. On the basis of the difficulties I had with the administration I would not return to this property.

Good location, quiet.
I would have liked more supplies in the apartment- specifically dishwashing tablets and toilet paper .
The floor was dusty and outside table and chairs needed to be cleaned before I could use them.
Apart from that the apartment was in a very good location.
It would be useful for Rambla Solarino to offer a fob entry system to all clients. I had an issue where I could not get in with the digital entry. After I notified Rambla I was offered a fob entry key- much better.

Convenient, clean, safe and happy to stay again
Great location; multicultural and quintessential Melbourne. Close to trams and train. Apartment has double-glaze windows to keep outside noise to a minimum.

No front desk person. Id requested an early check in and this didn't happen. Nobody answered the phone. Dirty washing was left in the machine and the dishwasher smelt.

I will never ever recommend any one to stay this hotel. It is a terrible unsafe experience. Hotel manager never responded our numerous urgent text messages and calls. We stayed for four days and three nights. Digital key lock and elevator did not work for two days. It is a short four-day vacation and we spent numerous hours for resolving digital key and elevator issues. It is very stressful.

Great location and well appointed.
Couldn't get lift access to the rooftop. A very loud HVAC system would switch on and off randomly in the closet area off the bedroom. TVs need to be individually named its hard to Chromecast to the right one. Shower grate needed a clean out, the shower kept overflowing.

Beautiful property with amazing views from the rooftop area of the city.
The carpark was a bit tight to get in and out of.
Communication was excellent.

Our stay was amazing, great apartment with everything you need.
Washing facilities made our stay so easy and didn’t go home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry.

Was worried about the web key after reading some reviews, I struggled for almost 10 mins due to unstable data connection. After logging on to the apartment wifi, I have no problem from then on. We have really enjoyed our stay, so comfortable that I actually look forward to coming back every day. 2 mins walk to the train station which can bring me to city center in 20 mins. Will definitely stay again if I visit Melbourne.

It was a disaster! Room not ready at 2pm because toilet seat was being fixed, had to ring helpline and be on hold for ages. Then having to download an app that was so glitched I couldn’t set a password and got stuck in the lift. The Bluetooth key was glitched and had to ring support and eventually got help from someone working there who was lovely BUT we felt worried about getting in and out of the room and lift and the toilet seat was still broken. We ended up leaving by 7.30pm and not staying. Way too much stress and the access to the apartment being delayed and inaccessible and unreliable was terrible. I wasted my money and would like a refund.
