Bedroom & lounge look out to large patio and beautiful tall trees. Apartment is free standing and not attached to any other.
Free use of a fabulous Brighton bathing beach bathing box for stays over 14 nights subject to owner availability.
One minute walk to shops and restaurants including 3x cafes, Italian restaurant, chemist, gourmet deli, mini supermarket, fish & pizza shop, post office, hairdresser. 20 minute walk to beach. 20 min drive to city. Off street parking. Close to public transport.
