“The owners have set this property up really well. It's a lovely location. The accomodation was really clean, the heating was great and the beds also very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had been able to say for longer!”

“This property was fantastic for us. Quiet, close to shops, beach and dining. Central to go to either Portsea or Mornington plus good freeway access.It was very clean and spacious. We had use of Netflix and the owner Nicole kindly left us a welcome pack of goodies.I highly recommend this property. ”

“I booked this with friends and family for a wedding weekend. 5,800 for three nights- there was a cockroach in the fridge, ants crawling in the sugar. Spiders next to the toilet. The lawn was over grown.Large pool and spa but no instructions on how to heat the spa up. Big house but definitely not worth how much we paid. ”

“This was a return stay at Fountain Villa for my partner and I. An ideal location with all amenities easily accessible. Fountain Villa was very clean and provided everything one could need throughout the stay. No hesitation in highly recommending.”

Simply the best in Melbourne

"We have had an excellent experience staying in the hotel. Very nice view from the room and fabulous location. Friendly and helpful staff. High quality buffet breakfast of very good value too. "

"Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service...."
