“This was the most amazing VRBO yet! The host was eager to help in any way possible, and was very easy to communicate with. The house itself was so comfortable and clean. The pool house was NEXT level! Our children and grandchildren were in that pool all day. The outdoor kitchen was magazine beautiful. “The location was perfect for our needs, the view was phenomenal and Anthony was a great host. We came up for a wedding and he even provided us with wine and coffee upon checkin! Such a nice surprise. The space was clean, really well decorated and the beds were comfy. I booked here because I was baking 700 cookies for my friend’s wedding, and the kitchen was the perfect setup for this. Plenty of counter space, nice big fridge and oven. And in between baking, it was lovely to sit outside with this……

“What a beautiful location on Kinderhook Lake. When you aren’t on the water, you will want to enjoy viewing the lake from the nice sized deck or from the dining table on the windowed porch. I traveled with my two young adult children and pup. The cottage was the perfect size for us. WiFi was great, one of us had to work a day while there. We kayaked every morning and evening, the provided kayaks were wonderful. There is plenty to explore on the 350 acre lake, saw bald eagles every day right near……

“We just got back from staying at Bellavista for a week, and be "we", I mean a very large family including infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, uncles, aunts, and even grandma. In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive. It was easy to work out with her ahead of time that the property could accommodate us. We had an absolute blast at this property. The pool / patio / screened in porch area is an ideal hang……

“We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! ”
