“This property is very clean, comfortable, we were able to cook meals. Surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. We were very happy staying there, had everything we needed. Much better than staying in hotel for a longer visit. ”

“We went to Fort Sumner just for one night to attend our cousin’s funeral service. My sister and brother-in-law met us there. We all found the house to be extremely clean and very pleasant. Our only complaint would be that it claimed to sleep 5 people, but there were only 3 bath towels. There were also no kitchen wash rags to clean up dishes and counters. Those would be a big plus. Other than that, no other issues. We will return. Thanks! ”

“Extremely clean home. Looked exactly like the pictures. Good stock of linens, cookware and dishes. Beds are a little uncomfortable but not bad for a few nights. A little more instruction on how to work the television/Roku system would have been helpful. Otherwise, it was a great place for me and my family to stay! ”
