“The stay was overall comfy but you could hear EVERYTHING from above and the halls. The room above us must have been trying to get their steps in because they did not stop for HOURS. The rooms were really nice but you can see items that looked well used and needed replacing but that is just nit picking. You can tell areas were updated but seemed like it was a pitiful attempt on a budget. The pool area was subpar. Definitely could use a major face lift and some intense cleaning. The breakfast area……

“A room down the hall had kids and they were running up and down the hall banging on the walls and doors lasted half the night next day told front desk and they took care of it . Breakfast choices were good ”

“The previous night we stayed at a Best Western Plus and it was far superior to this one. Person at check in was very good. Room was clean, small and looking tired”

“Our 1st room they put us into was very dark. The windows were frosted so we had no view. I couldn't stay in that room. Went to the desk and she put in a much better room.”

“The staff were wonderful, hot breakfast was good! Even made us special take out meals so my bf could bring it back to me in our room. Late check out is available for a small fee. Overall great stay. Don’t let the low star rating deter you from trying out this hotel, all positive things were my experience! ”

“This is my 3rd time renting the castle and everything was just as expected. The hot tub was very clean and stayed at a nice hot temperature, there were plenty of clean towels and extra bedding, the grounds were beautiful and the castle itself was well organized and clean. I can’t wait to come back again next fall!”
