“I grew up coming up to this lake. My family owned a small log cabin across the cove. It is heart warming to know that there are still a handfull of cozy, knotty-pine paneled cabins here like the one I grew up in. This place was completely charming — big stone fireplace, beamed ceilings with skylights, large deck overlooking the water, lots of windows for natural light. We loved the variety of small craft to choose from, and were delighted to watch our dog learn to swim. We grandparents are in our early 70s, and had no problem navigating the short path to the lake, or to walk into the water at the shallow sandy shore. “The house was great. Very roomy, and very comfortable. My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live a mile away, so my brother, sister-in-law, and niece came for Christmas. It was a great location, and a very comfortable well appointed home. ”

“From the moment we entered the room smelled horrible. Even after spraying the room with disinfectant it still smelled entering each time. We had to open the sliding glass door to air out the room every time. The curtain appeared to have mold on it.The coffee table was not clean. We needed to clean it upon arrival. “House has space galore! Throughout our stay the weather was hot and humid. We were happy to have air conditioning units set up throughout the house. Beware though, be careful not to overload the circuits! This was a family vaca to remember!”
