“Awesome boutique hotel walking distance from the canal in the Navigli area of Milan. The check in staff was super friendly, gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area, and made us feel right at home. “Hotel is just ok. I want to complain is the bathroom. They give me a disable bathroom of which I did not request and we are not disable. It is a small walk in shower with no glass partition just a shower curtain. Water splash all over especially the bathroom is small. Another worst thing is the tiolet bowl seat is extemely high. When you sit on it, your feet can not touch the ground.The tiolet seat is installedhe tiolet one side higher than the other. You feel like sitting on a slanting angle.……

A noisy room
"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "

"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."

"The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition."
