Kitchen is fully stocked with basics, (utensils, dishes, etc.). Fully fenced in backyard with a small deck. Perfect for the summer months and for your dogs.

Guest Access:
Property is all yours for your stay. Big back yard for kids and pups.

The Neighborhood:
This home is as ON Overton Square as you can get. Crawl home from great bars and restaurants. From fine dining to dive bars, Indian food to Burgers and Seafood, the square has it all.

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Property is located next to a dairy factory, and during business hours can sometimes be a bit noisy.
