Okay

We arrived an hour after check in to the property still being cleaned and the lawn being mowed. Washing machine was broken upon arrival. They had to send out a repair person the next day. Air wasn’t working properly. The filter was changed. Dishwasher had issues starting. Grill didn’t work and was extremely dirty.

Spacious Spot in Memphis

We loved our stay at this spacious house in Memphis. The floors are concrete downstairs so made the house feel cool and comfy. We were seven friends going for a get-away and found getting around Memphis super easy from this location. The kitchen had everything we needed and everyone said they slept well on the great mattresses. Great hosts too! Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay!

The property was fresh, clean, and a great location. We enjoyed the space and felt comfortable/safe during the stay. I do wish I would have paid more attention to there not being a restroom upstairs. It was a little inconvenient throughout the night to have to go downstairs for the restroom. But, that was my own mistake. The house really is super nice though! Highly recommended

Perfect for our group of 10! Plenty of sleeping arrangements, kitchen stocked as described, safe and secure neighborhood! The hosts were very responsive throughout and even at 1:30 am when our door code malfunctioned (user error)!!

Wonderful memories!

Our family was able to stay in this wonderful house for Thanksgiving. Our son is a patient at St Jude and we wanted to have a space for everyone to gather. It was a perfect location and so helpful. We were able to have a Thanksgiving dinner for 12! The neighborhood was very safe and there were so many lovely places to take a walk nearby if you are looking, it is less than a mile from the Target house so we were able to go back-and-forth as needed for our son

Cousins Getaway

Seven ladies on a weekend getaway. This house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. There were a few bumps but they were handled in a timely manner. Nice neighborhood close to most activities. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfy

My family went on a trip to Memphis, almost all being our first time there. The house was amazing! The furthest thing away was 13 minutes. Everything we wanted was in distance. The neighborhood was safe. The house itself was clean and cozy! Everything we needed was there and the nearest grocery store was about 3 to 5 minutes away. If we needed anything the homeowners responded in a timely manner and where so kind. The only thing I wish was different was the grass in the back being mowed. That didnt stop is from grilling and playing cornhole though! Overall this made everyone have a wonderful trip with how easy and comfortable it was! Would 10/10 recommend

Convenient location comfortable beds

House was only about 10min to anywhere we tried to go. House was clean, and beds are all comfortable memory foam mattresses.
