Upon check-in there were two staff members both on their phones and talking/laughing with each other. After waiting patiently for a couple of minutes they finally asked what they could do for me. After giving them my name the staff informed me that they were sold out of the king suite that I had reserved, and they only had 1 king bed rooms left. I told them that would not work as we had booked for 4 people and one bed would not fit us all. The staff were extremely rude and said i could call whoever i booked through. As i sat in the lobby trting to contact Expedia another staff member approached me and stated the king room still had a pullout sofa. I told thrn that would be fine and i would have accepted it the first time as i sinply needed 2 beds and had tried to explain that.
The hotel was in terrible shape and very dirty. The restroom in the lobby had urine all over the floor and hadnt been cleaned. Our room had only 2 towels and when i went downstairs to ask for 2 more towels so we could all shower, i was told housekeeping wasnt there and they didnt have any more towels.
I know this review sounds like a Karen review, but this is honestly the first review I've ever posted and wanted to warn others not to stay here. We stay in hotels 1-2 times per month for the kids travel sports and ive never been so disappointed in a hotel.
