my reservation was for two queen beds. when I arrived, the manager told me they were out of those rooms, even though i had made a reservation. they offered to upgrade to a king, but i needed both beds since i was traveling with 3 of my children. then the manager explained they had a room that was needing maintenance and said i could use it as long as i agreed to being notified beforehand, she even had me initial the invoice. Since it was late at night and i was deep in Memphis, I really had no choice unless i wanted to keep driving and search for a different location. So, we stayed in a room that had a very loud leaking tub faucet and an a/c that worked only half the time. We were not very pleased with our stay. no discount was authorized. I paid full price for a room that was not up to standards. Very unprofessional to take advantage of people.
