The best part was the potatoes at breakfast that Miss Linda made.. I also like the rooftop, but it was pretty crowded so it was loud.

First, it was very easy to get to. Second- the staff were great. They were very helpful and seemed always there ready to help. Third-- great location. Fourth- parking was close by and reasonable. Fifth- the rooms were clean and very nice sized. Sixth-- very close to EVERYTHING. Beale street was just a short 5-7 minute walk. We felt safe near the hotel. We highly recommend.

Parking afforded was amazingly easy and convenient. The location is very close to shopping, dining, and Beale St.

This is an older hotel. Carpet was stained and very old. Parking isn’t included but there is a garage across the street. I did feel very safe using garage. You must have a code to get into garage but it’s $30/day. Loved the rooftop bar. Breakfast being included could have made experience better. I feel like i paid for more than I got. Concierge was the sweetest!!! Enjoyed trip but wouldn’t stay here again.

We were checked in without a problem. Our two rooms could use some updating. The carpet needs to be replaced. There were what looked like fried chicken crumbs on the sofa, we had to call for towels as well as drinking cups for both rooms. These are basic housekeeping duties that were overlooked. I love the rooftop bar here and the hotel itself. I really hope there is a difference in quality of cleaning before I return.

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and room itself was nice, although there were minor things that could use updating including the floor in the elevator coming up in one corner and the toilet paper holder in our room wasn’t stable. Again, any issue was minor and would not prevent us from staying there again next time we’re in town.

Comfortable accommodation with always helpful and courteous staff in a prime location for all major tourist sites that are within short walking or driving distance. The hotel roof bar and balcony have superb views across the Mississippi river as far as Arkansas and ideal for a perfect sunset.

Vinimos totalmente engañados de lo q era la propiedad en realidad, en el sitio web y Google aparecen fotos q aparentan un lugar acogedor, limpio y hermoso, pero la realidad es totalmente diferente, se nota fácilmente la falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones, habitaciones con alfombras sucias, los baños muy sucios, y en sentido general mal olor a humedad en las instalaciones es.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room carpet & hallway carpets were a little tired. Also there were only 1 tiny bottles of shampoo & conditioner in shower. Front desk happily provided more.

Dedrick was awesome! He assisted us unload our luggage, get to our room and park the car with lots of help and clear instructions. The hotel is a bit run down but the staff is nice and helpful

Great hotel right downtown. The staff are awesome, super friendly and extremely attentive. Rooms are clean and big enough. The bathroom is really spacious. If you book a stay you must go to The Chicken Coop restaurant right on the corner 30 seconds from the hotel. The food is incredible, best wings I’ve ever had.
