I truly enjoy my stay here as soon as I got in the hotel room I said man I should’ve booked another night! It was so clean! The staff was very accommodating. The parking was self parking and there were night cameras in the parking lot as well as security monitoring the parking lot. I felt very safe and I truly enjoyed the QR code as the room key.

Actually, it's a nice hotel. No, it could be a nice one, but the service was terrible. Unmotivated staff, most of them grumpy, just a few were actually nice. The room was clean, but the furniture was pretty used, pillows and blanket had blood stains. Breakfast... skip it! I never had a more watery coffee before, and nobody felt responsible to make another one (we asked for it). If you don't like just brown water in the morning, it's not there concern. Pancakes were ice cold, dryed out at the ends, plastic utensils, nobody refilled the cream cheese, the woman who should write down your room number was almost asleep... It's said, how this hotel is on it's way into the ground, a new management is desperately needed. Teach your employees not to roll the eyes if you have a question, teach them manners, it's not that hard!

The hotel was very nice, especially for the price paid. Beautiful and clean spaces, comfy bed, good breakfast. The only negative was that I didn't pay attention before booking if the hot tub was a hydromassage tub or a simple hot tub; it's a simple hot tub, only two jets, no bubbling. Every time my husband and I go on a trip for our anniversary, there's some reason the hot tub is inaccessible. I called ahead before booking to make sure it was accessible, but I didn't think to ask if it was a hydromassage tub (preferable) or not. This was the only negative.

This hotel is a DIY property. There is no front desk and very few staff on site. They want you to do your own tedious check in process online and then you get a QR code to scan to enter your rooms. It took us 10 minutes to get into our room each time. No hair dryer in the room. When we called to get one they said come down to the lobby, don’t offer to send one up. The rooms were hot and never cooled down, despite us having the AC on 64. My parents in the room next door had an even hotter room. There were homeless people camping in tents on the lawn inside the gates of the hotel right next to the cars in the parking lot. The lobby has tiny chairs that are practically on the floor and not accessible or comfortable to very many people above the age of 5. The one positive thing I can say is the breakfast, which they called continental, was actually a full breakfast and very good. Price point is great, but there are reasons for that.

The location was alright. Pretty close to a lot of things. The rooms were adequate but only about medium on cleanliness. No microwave or coffee pot in the room but, it did have a mini fridge, clothing iron, and hair dryer. The complimentary breakfast was a pretty standard scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, as well as a sausage gravy every day that we were there. The check in process is at a kiosk, there is no front desk. They did have an employee around to help you check in but I was not a fan of the process.

The room was disgusting, I was afraid to put my stuff on the floor. The carpet and furniture were well used with all types of stains. The mattress was worn with lumps. Thin walls you could hear everything, I tried using noise canceling headphones to get some sleep. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the lobby.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. We had no issues. But our friends also stayed on a different floor and they had constant issue with little boys running through the hallway playing ding dong ditch and yelling. At one point I was coming off the elevator on their floor and not knowing these kids were acting this way they about ran into me. I told them to stop bc it was rude and got ignored so it is what it is. Breakfast could get rid of the biscuits they were terrible. Rooms could have a microwave

There were many instances of children running and knocking on doors. After the second time I opened my door, confronted two boys looked to be ages 14 and 12. They apologized and didn't come again. I called security and reported it. It also happened to my travel partners in their rooms.
