Actually, it's a nice hotel. No, it could be a nice one, but the service was terrible. Unmotivated staff, most of them grumpy, just a few were actually nice. The room was clean, but the furniture was pretty used, pillows and blanket had blood stains. Breakfast... skip it! I never had a more watery coffee before, and nobody felt responsible to make another one (we asked for it). If you don't like just brown water in the morning, it's not there concern. Pancakes were ice cold, dryed out at the ends, plastic utensils, nobody refilled the cream cheese, the woman who should write down your room number was almost asleep...
It's said, how this hotel is on it's way into the ground, a new management is desperately needed. Teach your employees not to roll the eyes if you have a question, teach them manners, it's not that hard!
