Property not as described, alarming
During our stay at this property, we encountered multiple serious safety and cleanliness issues that made the rental unsuitable for occupancy and not as described in the listing.1.Security Gate Nonfunctional – The front security gate, intended to restrict access, was inoperative and remained open at all times, leaving the property unsecured.2.Disabled Security Camera – An exterior security camera was found lying on the ground with wires visibly cut, and other cameras appeared inoperable. This left no functional surveillance system in place. 3.Broken Glass Around Windows – Multiple shards of broken glass were scattered on the ground near several windows, creating a hazard and raising concerns about recent break-ins or vandalism. 4.Poor Interior Cleanliness – Inside the property, several pieces of furniture were heavily stained and dirty, with visible marks and debris. The property failed to meet these requirements.I will say that April, the property manager, tried to resolve the issues, but was unsuccessful. This review reflects the property itself and not April.
