“We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any of my questions. The location is great - just a short walk to Overton Square with lots of restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed across the street from Liberty Park. We only had to cross the street and we were there. Great location. The bed was comfortable and King size. The home is very period with very cute touches. The owner/manager is very quick to respond to requests. I asked for some storage containers for leftovers and they were there the next morning. Nice stay.”

“From the moment we came the host was very friendly, he was so sweet and nice I love everything about the guest house it was so clean & smelled good. He washed the sheets & brought it out to us with a snack basket & Checked on us. He always asked or made sure we were good & if we needed anything. We felt very secure and safe during our stay will book again .. Definitely recommend!!”

“We walked in + immediately smelled urine. I messaged the host who dropped off 2 sprays on the porch. I sprayed + the smell broke through in no time. I found large pieces of debris on the floor + spots/grime on the walls, counters + floor, some unidentifiable + some looked like blood. There were Raid bug strips hanging from 2 ceiling fixtures. I was shocked to see a message from the host asking that I let him know at the end of our stay where the urine was coming from + that I still give 5 stars.……

“Very charming place to stay, lots of light, perfect for couples getaway. Very safe location, short Uber to downtown, host is very easy to contact and available ”

“The good: The location is walkable to parks, shops and restaurants. It’s quiet and nice. The landlord was quick to respond when there wasn’t a key to the back door upon our arrival. The bad: It shares a fenced in backyard with another property which is odd. The backyard had trash laying around and trash along the front yard. The inside wasn’t the cleanest.With a little extra work and cleaning, this place would be fantastic. ”

“This was my first A B & B and it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I locked myself out and the host was very understanding and friendly in helping me solve the issue. The house stayed cold but that probably was on me. ”
