“We stayed for a volleyball tournament. The house is comfortable and filled all our needs. The back yard pool looks inviting, we might have to do it again in the summertime. Communication with the owner was great. We didn't need anything but if you did I am sure they would take care of you immediately.”

“The spacious property was clean and well-maintained. A Hy-Vee grocery store was conveniently located nearby, and the neighborhood was sufficiently close to the highway for easy access to amenities without being overly disruptive.The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, some of the towels were stained, and we encountered an issue with the master bathroom toilet. We informed the owner about the toilet problem, and they assured us that someone would fix it. “Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us. We rented a pontoon at the marina and ate dinner one night at Val's in Valpraiso - which was excellent. The house was clean and had everything……

“We needed a home base for our sons wedding in Omaha so we didn’t have to drive back from from Lincoln all weekend and this fit our needs perfectly! there were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. ”

“This was a great house. We had to go to Omaha for a funeral and needed a house that could accommodate our family and give spaces for the younger ones to hang out. The basement has 2 bedrooms and a living space with a basketball hoop. The main floor has a ton of space with the bumper pool table. And upstairs has 4 more bedrooms. There were some things I needed to talk with the owner about and she was super responsive and helpful. We will stay again. ”

“We enjoyed staying at this property. As advertised there is plenty of space and potential for fun! It was Easter weekend, lots of room inside and out for yard games and egg hunting! A few things in the house need to be spruced up and the beds could be a little more comfortable but overall the home was well worth the cost, extremely affordable! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Most of all, communication with the host was top notch. Keeping this property on our list for future trips.”

“Loved the games in the garage, they were a hit for the whole family. The beds were more firm, my preference, but everybody else seemed to sleep fine. We were on a 12 day trip so I was glad I didn’t have to pack all 12 days worth of clothes because we were able to do all of our laundry there.”

“We loved our stay in this home. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials plus extras. Our family, including a tween, loved the rec room with pool table and arcade games. Located in a beautiful rural setting, but conveniently close to lots of fun places to go.”
