“Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

“The apartment was very clean and quiet during our stay. We enjoyed the walkability of all restaurants, shops, park and the Bridge in the Meridian District. We stayed Thursday- Monday morning and had no issues with noise or anything concerning. We really enjoyed our stay in the area!”

“We were so fortunate to find this cozy cottage in Bridgewater. My husband and I stayed a week as we helped our daughter and family move to their new farmhouse in Emery. The kitchen was adequate to prepare full meals, and a washer/dryer for a week’s stay was a blessing. Alicen is the perfect owner/hostess/Bridgewater Ambassador. We would definitely return. ”

Our only concern was the railing on the back deck as we had small children who could actually fit through the rails, although they were never out there alone, but it was a concern of ours. “Fantastic amenities in a large cabin setting. Comfortable, quiet, spacious, and everything and anything you may need is there. Each evening we were greeted by the resident deer family. The family could spread out if they chose or came together to watch playoff hockey on the big screen TVs. The deck is spacious comfortable with the feel of being in the woods.would highly recommend. ”
