I would say housekeeping could be a bit improved. For example the coffee pot had not been cleaned out, dust under furniture and a dirty entry rug.Also general upkeep as we encountered some very minor problems; door handle falling off, curtain rod brackets coming off the wall and broken kitchen utensils.
