“Room was good and comfortable. There could be additional lighting in the entrance of the room as the lighting that they gave was dull and not adequate. In addition, there were not enough soap bars, lotion , sewing kit and other usual amenities provided by 4/5 star hotels. The coffee machine coffee pods were not easy to use and brew and there were no creamer packets. The breakfast charge was steep for basic avocado toast or bowl of cereal ,orange juice , coffe that price needs to be……

“We stayed as a couple, in one of the lake view rooms. The room was a bit small for a double room, but the view more than made up for that. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but not too involved in our stay (in a good way). The hotel is 45 minutes walk from Annecy, along a very safe path. The hotel hire e-bikes, and this was a highlight for us as we rode around the lake - 4 hours to do approx 40KM. We aren't bike people but this was so good! Views to die for”

Geoffrey and the rest of the staff was so welcoming, including the owner who is the Count. As to facilities, there's no spa or anything like that, but those places are everywhere. “This is a fantastic hotel if you want to be close to the lake. It's a 5 minute walk to the water's edge. It is in a quiet area with plenty of car parks nearby. Loved our time here.”
