"The toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff!"

"The room wasn’t very clean, there was a towel left in the bathroom, the sink wouldn’t hardly drain, staff was ok.. The beds were small, full size. We enjoyed the pool but small & usually out of towels. But we loved the grounds, it was well taken care of & peaceful"

"Fantastic stay, couldn't ask for more, Elizabeth, the host showed me around. She is very gracious and goes the extra mile every step of the way. The location is central to everything, easy to get around, even if just walking within Covington, the walk to Cincinnati isn't even all that bad. Very nice ..."
