“We had a wonderful time staying here with our family! The house was very comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. When the AC went out, Cynthia was incredibly responsive and apologetic — it was fixed within the hour, which we really appreciated.The only downside is that there is no WiFi, and with kids plus spotty cell service, that was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, everything about the property was great. We would definitely recommend it for a stay!”

“This cottage is on a quiet, dead-end street. We felt safe and the location was convenient for our visit to Monroe. The home was very clean and just as pictured in listing. It is a smaller and older home- but there is a big backyard and owner did a great job of updating. The shower has great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. ”

“We had a problem with the code to enter but contact with owner was quick. Amenities were more than we could have asked for. Clean and loved the decor. Will definitely book again!”

“Very clean, well maintained property. We used the pullout in the game room also, and the teens really enjoyed the exercise equipment. Cooked a couple of times, kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Great experience!!”

“Spacious house, with good beds and pillows! Great central location to all parts of Monroe too! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have a worry free stay in Monroe! ”

“This property is well equipped and nicely located. I did have a small issue. However, Syble the host was very responsive and accommodating. She more than made up for the up for the minor issue. I would definitely recommend this location and Syble as a host. I look forward to my next trip home. I will definitely book with Syble in the future.”
