“Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en couple à la Résidence des Grandes Alpes. Globalement, l’expérience a été positive, mais quelques éléments nous laissent penser que la résidence ne mérite pas pleinement ses 4 étoiles. Les points positifs : • La localisation est idéale, au cœur de la station, avec un supermarché juste en bas, des restaurants et bars à proximité. • La vue sur les montagnes est splendide. • L’accueil à la réception a été excellent, notamment grâce à une demoiselle toujours……

“The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. There is no local shop/supermarket/bakery without having to an endure a……

“Lovely small appartment, the beds were very comfortable and the view incredible. It's very quiet and peaceful, and easy walking distance to Combloux. ”

“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and helpful. Everything was clean, really good restaurant and they had skiing logistics well handled. it was easy to get myself and equipment from the hotel to the lifts”

“Poor bed - sofa bed and creaky at night Room heaters do not work always Unclean, dirty, used blankets with lot of dust No shampoo, conditioner or body wash - have to ask the receptionist every time, not even an extra toilet roll Given the high price already, there was extra charges for the swimming pool Had many indoor games but all are paid, facility does not offer any free entertainment Indoor parking available Spa and pool was good Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing Area is quite,……

“Super belle ville avec son lac et sa vieille ville Tres touristique , bonne gastronomie Voies cyclables tres accessibles Viree en bateaux tres agréable Tres bon accueil par les gerants Je conseillerai vivement ce logement , bien plaçé juste en face du lac et à proximité de la vieille ville ”
