“The place was very nice. The facility crew was very helpful! The beach was awesome, nice and sandy! ”

“I was in town for a week for work. The location was perfect, I could bring my dog, the host was polite and quick to respond to questions. Accuracy of listing was a 3 only because it sleeps 4 but there are only 3 kitchen chairs and one bowl for eating in the kitchen; it worked for me but may be an issue for a group of 4. The couch desperately needs to be replaced but is usable. I would stay here again.”

“The property, location, and access to Gull is fabulous. The carpets in the hallway up to 773 upper is awful and the condo carpet looks like a shampooing is overdue. Minor things really, I suppose, but worth a walk up those stairs by management to see what I mean. The place is quite good overall.”

“Excellent home and very clean”

“We loved everything about our stay! 6 adults, 4 kids, plenty of room. We had an unexpected rain day…no problem because there is an indoor pool. Boat launch was easy. Loved having 5 bathrooms, 4 with showers. Close to multiple stores if you forget something. Golf cart was nice to have to get around the resort. Also loved the pickle ball and tennis courts…never had to wait. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back . ”
