“This was our annual motorcycle riding vacation with good friends. We are a group of ten. This house had more than enough room for us all. The host kept in touch with us throughout the week to ensure we were settling in and there were no questions or concerns. “Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. There is no actual private water access, the shoreline needs to be trimmed down and some sort of dock added, or not, but the shoreline is……
