This hotel is by far the grossest I have ever stayed in, elevator smelled like urine, halls smelled like some kind of pot cross bad odor that lingered into the room, toilet was clogged to the rim and I am not 100% convinced we did not stay in a previous murder scene by the look of the curtains and to top it off there was public/body hair in our beds (nasty). We will never stay at this hotel again, I highly recommend a health inspector visit this place.

Absolutely horrible experience. Disgusting room. Nothing appeared clean despite seeing a cleaning lady in a room down the hall. Pretty sure the sheets did not fit on the bed. Bathroom had no soap. Chair had “unknown” white stains all over it. There were dried contacts stuck to the art above the bed. The bed skirt was disgusting. Our friends had a worse experience in their room and drove home instead of sleeping in a bed with dried blood on it. If we had our child with us we would have had to drive literally anywhere else. We were just waiting for the bed bugs or coackroaches to come crawling out. I can’t believe people are giving this place 5 stars. Will never stay with this brand again.

This hotel is unbelievably disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I couldn't stay. I pulled back the covers to the bed and there was blood on the cover. The toilet had pubic hair on the seat and the furniture looked like it came from the side of the road. I'm still fighting to get my money back. I was supposedly charged for incidentals, but was charged for the whole stay immediately. The good reviews are all lies. The bad reviews you see are the truth. IT IS NASTY.

The rooms are disgusting. There are holes in walls is dried up blood and dirt stains on the floor. The lamps do not have any shade. The bathrooms are disgusting like they haven’t even been cleaned so please be careful if you book this hotel! The rest of these positive reviews, are totally False!!!People that work for are doing those reviews.I honestly believe that. There is no way that anybody coming in from out of town would want to stay there.

The hotel had poor service and house keeping and was short staffed. I had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. They did not do room service. The TV went out the majority of stay. It was a bad order in the room when I arrived. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I had to mop the bathroom myself. I would not recommend this hotel to relatives or friends. The breakfast was ok . Parking was fine. The area was awesome as far as a variety of shopping centers, stores and restaurants. Plenty to choose from. I give it a 2 star because of bad service and poor house keeping.

The room was disgusting, left over food and drink in refrigerator from previous guest. Bathroom sink literally falling off the wall. The AC vent was filled with dirt and old food. Random fluid on the night stand. I only booked this from because convenient location and they had an indoor pool and after a 11 hour drive I wanted nothing more then to just relax in the pool. I even called to confirm it was open. It was. Get to hotel it’s closed!!!! Worst experience and I hate I wasted my money.

We checked in late night, there is no night shift on desk 10mins, after we checked in we alloted room with no sheets. Front Desk apologized gave different room which was not great. In late night man walking in hallway with sound, we left unsafe. I stayed with good and well maintained baymonts, this is wrong one. Overall staff I met was great and welcoming.

I'm sorry to say this, but the hotel is dirty. I don't mind old or even stained if it's bleached and cleaned. But the pillows stink of drool, the first layer on bed is dirty blanket that doesn't look washed. The hallways reek of mold. The staff is nice but the place is neglected. I paid $75 for one night, I don't expect 5 starts, but I do think it should be clean.
