There was not anything unique about the property. But the staff was very polite. And, the cleanliness of the property was immaculate. Now the breakfast was lackluster I was very surprised that I didn't see any yogurt to go with the granola. And I prefer waffles over the pancake maker.

Shoutout to ‘Annette.’ She greeted us for breakfast, with the most pleasant morning energy one could ask for after a long trip from the night before. She was truly inspiring the way she radiated a smiley sunshine, upbeat warmth. My young daughters and I had a trying night and she was the perfect reset for a brand new day. Attentive and caring- silly and funny. . she felt like the family you wish you had sometimes. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and updated. Check in was a breeze. Pool was great. Lemon scented soaps were special too!

The beds were clean and comfortable. I did find hair on one wash rag. The staff was friendly, maybe a bit too friendly. Although the breakfast lady did ASK if she could hug me. The hotel looked clean overall, but the entire first floor reeked of chlorine. Saturday, the pool was closed until 5pm. This website will tell you there is "room service", there is not. Another website says, "coffee maker in all rooms" & "microwave in all rooms." This is not true either. I had to request them. The front desk said they didn't have such things. When I mentioned the online claim, they said they would get them. Although we had just seen the neighbors get a microwave. I had to request them twice, but they were delivered. The coffee pot did not work. As we were packing out, the security lock engaged itself and were unable to open our door from the outside. The person at the front desk DID NOT have the tool to open it. My husband eventually got it open with a phone charger cable. I was glad we got in but not happy that front desk couldn't help us and now I question security. The shower handle fell off in my hand. Overall not impressed by this NEW hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the noise above me. There must be poor noise insulation on the flooring because I could hear the person above me walking at 6am, even through the noise machine I travel with.

The property was very nice and in a good location. The room was clean with the exception of a ladybug infestation and the hallway wreaked of weed. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and when I was asking for a vacuum or a new room on a different floor, she just stared at me like if I don’t move she’ll just leave me alone - then turned to her computer and completely ignored me. Then the sirens were going off for tornado warnings in the area and I called down asking for the best place to go, she told me there was no threat and not a big deal. We decided to head downstairs and probably 30 people were in the stairwell also complaining about her.

Hotel was great! Staff was very friendly, and prompt. Our only issue was kids running up and down the hall all hours of the night. They were even jiggling our door handle. So we didn’t get a lot of sleep, but that had nothing to do with the hotel staff.
