“We enjoyed the house and location. The view of the water is nice and the common area upstairs was comfortable. We found the overall condition to be okay but could use some updating and stocking to better accommodate 12 people. We did not think it was very clean when we arrived. ”

The water was too cold and it was extremely windy but we did get to sit on the beach one day, fly kites and play in the sand on other days. Beautiful view, beautiful home. Lots of toys/books for our 4 grandchildren to play with. The bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen provided lots of room for all of us.”

The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, and we gathered around the dining room table when we weren't sitting in front of the fireplace. Loved the floorplan of the house, the gorgeous outdoor space and fire pit, the beach, the sunroom area, and the location. Home is well-maintained and was very clean. The owner is friendly, and was responsive to all of our needs; He sent me several helpful messages to prepare for our stay. Close to Ingram Bay marina, where we took a sunset cruise, to include dinner at Reedville Market. Five……
