“This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. “My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. ”

“It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. First, I never received any instructions beforehand. When I arrived, i couldnt find the intructions, all doors were locked, no signs at all. So I called the number from the expedia……
