But, I don’t think our dog has ever been so tired!! She constantly was outside or looking outside, ready to explore. Such a gem being so close to Overland Park!”

“This really is just a perfect spot to host a family get together. Host has thought of everything. Decorated perfectly. Plenty of room to be together but not feel crowded. “Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend.”
