“Nice room and beautiful of the sea from a good sized balcony ”

“Check-in was smooth and effortless. For a economy room I expected a shoe box so was pleasantly surprised. Not huge but more spacious than expected and bright. Small patio with a piece of ocean view for poor people like myself. The bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and linens. Breakfast offered MANY choices. No one should go hungry here. Luggage storage was also available. I recommend this hotel with no hesitation. ”

“pozitiva: - krásná pláž - úžasné moře - dobré jídlo - denně výměna lůžkovin - moderní pokoje - krásné ležení u bazénu - hotel čistý, moderní, krásná zahrada - málo malých dětí negativa: - designové WC + koupelna neposkytovali žádné soukromí (chyběly dveře, byly jen částečně zavřené skleněnými dveřmi) - VELMI NEPŘÍJEMNÉ - nulový noční život v okolí - žádný program v hotelu, když jsme nechtěli nějak jet busem - IERAPETRA - nelíbila se nám”

“As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. ”

“Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeption hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, der Wunsch wurde uns sofort erfüllt. Wir fanden die Musik am Pool sehr gut. ”

“We've been only for one night here but been surprised been the friendliness right at the check in which continued thru the whole stay. We arrived after the evening buffet was closed but the service personal served us toast and beer. Great breakfast. Somehow private beach (sand). Nice pool area and we had a big nice room. WE WILL COME BACK”

“Neu eröffnetes Hotel, das teilweise noch eine Baustelle ist. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, es war extrem staubig und die Dusche sowie die Spiegel und der Balkon wurden gar nicht gesäubert. Die Auswahl der Speisen war leider sehr gering, meistens war das Essen maximal lauwarm oder bereits kalt. Viele Getränke kosten trotz All In extra, Cola etc. leider aus der Zapfanlage mit Sirup. Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Mietauto zwingend notwendig,……
