“Amelia has thought of every detail. The cottage is beautiful, yard impeccably landscaped. Includes all the little things you miss from home, fan next to the bed, extra towels, grill, cookbooks, so many little touches included you don’t always have with a VRBO property! She allowed us to check in early, as we were coming for a wedding in town & needed to get ready. Communicated when needed. Will most definitely stay again when we’re in Clear Lake. Thank you! ”

“Well stocked with necessary items and plenty of towels. Really nice to supply little details to make it more convenient. Little fire pit was really great. Convenient to walk downtown or to the lake which we did every day. Description was exactly what it was and Beau was great with communication. We had no problems with anything there. Thanks!”

“I brought my wife and two children along with me for TRI Clear Lake. This property met our expectations in terms of being a quality place to stay. The surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired. A train rolled through around 3AM both nights of our stay honking it's horn which was extremely inconvenient. It was close to where we needed to get to for the race start and overall a good experience.”

“What a great location. Less than a 2 minute walk to the Surf Ballroom and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown area. Very comfortable bed too. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“This property is in a convenient location. Upon entering we noticed stain all over the living room carpet. So gross. Also, the comforters on two of the beds looked dirty and had stains/ marks in many places. The fridge looked dirty too. The beds were comfortable.”
