Rooms seemed clean enough. Big problem was the restaurant option. Steakhouse was closed. Had to go to mason street courtyard. It was quite possibly the worst meal Ive ever had. When I mentioned our concerns to the wait staff they seemed not to care. Everyone’s meals showed up at least fifteen minutes apart and the lobster was un edible. Needless to say we won’t be going back to eureka

It was under construction in front roped off could not drive around to front door! Also my bed mattress was crap had a lump in middle and slumped on the sides. the shower leaked all night Also the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off.. the food at best was avg powered eggs horrible coffee buffet was not good and did not have a good selection… The $65 lobster meal was a joke they were very over cooked. I paid $267 a night for a suite and all it was Was a room that hat a tube in the corner of room oh the tv didn’t work right either what a wast of money this was room428 which was right beside the elevator which all the loud people would let you know when they got off and stumbled to their room.. the elevator had door problems it tried to come open a couple of times.. fyi you drink the bottle water in the room it’s $4.00 I paid $267 for a suite and I have to pay for a bottle of water in my room really!

The staff was friendly . The floors in the room were dirty. The shower was slippery and leaked when the toilet flushed . Not all of the towels seemed clean. Some were dingy and stained. The tv was impossible to work. There was 1 channel and the screen was reduced to the bottom left side.

Property was good. But no dining in the hotel. Had to walk to the casino for all meals. Decor was not up to standard inside the room The tv was basic and did not work all the time. The direct tv content was very limited. The elevator was dirty same spot for 2 days. Dissappinted.

Nice, clean resort. Nothing fancy, but perfect for my needs. I actually like the fact that the resort is across the parking lot from the actual casino, makes for a nice, quiet atmosphere. A couple of dining options, one a bit more pricey and "fancy", the other one a nice casual eatery that probably fits most of the resorts clientele. Overall, a great "pit stop" on the way to some of the National Parks in Utah.

The property/room/facility is average. Front desk representative who checked me in did an Excellent job. The Wi-Fi did not work, very poor reception. The bathroom amenities is below par. Overall, the room rate I paid is not worth it at all. The Resort Fee charged is definitely a Rip-Off !!! I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AGAIN !!!

We really like staying at the Eureka, as it is kept up and clean. The only downside, there is not a shampoo/ soap niche in any of the showers, so the soap and shampoo has to sit on the floor. For guests with skeletal muscular issues, or disabilities, this is hard to bend over to grab the soap off the floor.
