Indulge yourself at Lazy Boy Manor, our 3bd/2bth haven boasting a pool, hot tub, and serene outdoor escape with fireplace, TV, and comfy furnishings. Immaculately maintained, it features a stocked kitchen, luxurious linens, and top-notch mattresses. Tasteful decor, upscale furnishings, and Smart TVs in each room elevate your stay. Vistas of the Virgin mountains and desert bluffs, envelope the space in a cozy, refined atmosphere. Lazy Boy Manor offers a fusion of comfort and sophistication.
*The base price is for 6 guests.
*Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.
* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.
*We have security cameras in the front entry pointing toward the street and in the garage pointing toward the garage door for safety and security purposes. No cameras are in any living area, inside or out.
*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The bypass button can be used for adults going in and out. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool Thank you.
*Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub are heated by propane, which is very effective but expensive; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:
POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day
Summer - $25 (Hot tub only)
Fall & Spring - $100 a day.
HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2 single beds configuration in the first guest room. Our primary suite offers a king bed with attached bath and the second guest room has a king bed as well. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have a TV so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities and local TV. Make sure to sign out of your streaming apps at checkout.
Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.
Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Beautiful indoor and separate outdoor dishes are for your use as well as coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.
Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV.
YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE -
POOL & HOT TUB: You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the colder months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is quite expensive, but effective.
DINING TABLE: Outdoor dining table for 6.
40' LARGE PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
YARD GAMES:
OUTDOOR LIVING: An outdoor lounge/conversation set with TV and electric fireplace offer comfortable additional comfort in the backyard.
VIEW: We have stunning views of the sunrise and sunset that will not disappoint. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.
PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2 car garage, driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.
Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.
We are your co-hosts J and Amy. We will give you your privacy. Should you need us, please message us on the feed.
Lazy Boy Manor is located in a new and beautiful and community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, the neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.
If you're flying into town, renting a car from Vegas or St. George is a great option. There's also shuttle services that will drive you from the airport to Mesquite called St. George Shuttle or Salt Lake Express (I'm not allowed to post #'s or websites here)
There are a couple of Uber drivers in town, but their availability is limited.

Pool & Hot Tub -
***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it has to be drained, re-treated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you!
****Please apply sunscreen 30 minutes before entering the pool.

* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melanin dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet.

*When finished with the umbrella, pleased wrap it. If windy, please take it out of the holder and place it in the hooks on the brick wall. The wind will snap it in half.
*If young children are staying, please make sure the LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all times. There is an alarm with a bypass to ensure little ones safety The front door must be locked at all times as there is direct access to the pool. There is a locking gate for entry into the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all times for the safety of all.

Winter Getaway
Wonderful location, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and spa. Very comfortable furnishings and clean. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back next year!

Trip to Mesquite
Quick family trip to mesquite. Very pretty town. Good golf. Property was excellent, As described. Kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Owners were available if needed, but we had no issues. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great place to relax after golfing!
Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. Having the pool was great after golfing in 90+ weather. And the chipping/putting green helped hone in our short game skills. The outdoor patio/entertainment area was a great place to enjoy sunrise/sunsets and watch the skydivers in their flights. The location is quiet and close to the golf courses and casinos. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellence in Mesquite
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lazy boy Manor in Mesquite, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the home. Every room was spotless, and it was clear that J and Amy take great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests.
The house is also incredibly well-equipped with a wide range of amenities. Whether you want to cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, relax in the cozy living room, or enjoy a quiet evening on the patio, everything you could possibly need is provided. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there were even thoughtful touches like extra blankets and toiletries.
One of the highlights of our trip was the convenient location of the house. Mesquite is perfectly situated for day trips to some of the most breathtaking natural wonders in the area. We spent a day exploring the Grand Canyon, another day marveling at the beauty of Bryce Canyon, and yet another hiking through Zion National Park. Each of these destinations was easily accessible from J and Amy’s house, making it an ideal base for our adventures.
Overall, our stay at Lazy boy Manor exceeded all of our expectations. The combination of cleanliness, amenities, and location made for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Mesquite. Five stars all the way!

Great stay
We stayed just one night as our family of 8 was passing through town. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and we found loads of pool toys in the garage. Beds were comfy. There was some construction noise starting around 7:30am, but otherwise a very quiet area.

Lazy Boy Manor is amazing!
We were all very impressed with the house, the cleanliness and all the amenities. Every room had comfy king size beds and TVs, and spacious closets, especially the master bedroom. The pool and hot tubs were great, lots of fun, especially enjoyed being able to face the outdoor TV to the pool and hot tub to watch while we swam. And then the little putter course was fun too. We would definitely go here again 😀

Golf Trip
This place was great for a golf trip as it's close to everything. Pool and spa for after rounds and a mini putt to warm up before. House was clean and owners were very responsive to all inquiries before and during stay.
