“The staff was amazing in every way. They are so welcoming and helpful all the time. There is a nice beach just 100 m away and it was beautiful. You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us. We weren’t expecting 5 star hotel so there is no disappointment for us. Thanks for having us and see you next year. ”

“Casa luminosa, grande e comoda, e ben attrezzata anche se necessita di qualche completamento delle stoviglie e delle pentole. Rispetto alla presentazione fotografica la veranda è rivolta verso altre case e aggettante su un piccolo edificio ora demolito. Molto bello il terrazzo sull'uliveto con vista mare e sulla costa turca. L'host è gentile e molto riservata. Meno suggestiva delle case tradizionali dei villaggi storici, ma molto comoda e in posizione ideale per visitare tutta l'isola e……

“Off the beaten path, this immaculate property is separated with a privacy gate and stone walls lined with beautifully kept roses. As you proceed up the private drive that empties into an outdoor entertainment area you notice the home is surrounded by its citrus orchard. Upon entering the home, you’ll be embraced by a home that looks as though it was newly built this year with a completely furnished modern kitchen and all of the amenities of home. “We were in Chios for a family wedding. Most family members stayed in Komi. We were a little bit removed from the group, but we rented a car so all was fine. In fact, I swam every day at the beach below the property (Lilikas Neach) and our family really enjoyed “our” beach much more than the more crowded Komi Beach. There is also a friendly bar/cafe at Lilikas Beach (Viri Carpe Diem). Many in our group met up there in the afternoons. As for the house, the kitchen is large and functional, air……

“Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite.”
