“Nice host but no air in the living room and dining áreas and the wheather was way too hut”

“I stayed at this property and had to leave a few days to a different one because there were several issues with the house. The place looses water every night around 10pm and the owner said that there was a water pump but it never worked. In addition everyone should know ahead of time that this house has its kitchen and eating area outside and in a country full of mosquito is not ideal. There are gekos outside and also inside which was not ideal there were huge roaches outside by the kitchen area……

“The location shown on the map isn't right. It's a 10 minute drive west, at the back of a private gated community, far outside the city center. There was no indication of this from looking at the rental listing. I got my money back from Vrbo support the same day and found a different place in the city center.”

“The community is private, family oriented and has security officers 24/7. There's a plaza with a food court and different outlets where you can do some shopping. The host is very flexible and attentive. She keeps the apartment very clean. We will surely consider staying here when we visit again.”

“Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again. ”

“This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager). They were quick to respond any inquiries we had. The house is well-stocked with most of the essentials. El Salvador is hot all year round, but this place has you covered with air conditioning! “The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. I would stay again. ”

“We enjoyed and love it , the only problem was the other tenants next door had loud music playing all night long , when music should be lower or turn off by 10pm”
