Nice little unit, lower level of a big house. large windows, clean. Lots of clean towels.
A nice welcome gift with bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water. No kitchen,but a microwave coffe maker and kettle, with lots of dishes and cutlery, tea and coffee.
Great location in a nicer area of the city. Clean, outside very quiet.
What we didn't like that much:
*poor insulation,to the point that you can hear people talk on the level above.And them walking is crazy loud*

“Loved our stay. We just have a few suggestions. The bathroom fan needs to be connected. Fixing the bedroom window handle so we had the ability to open it would be great. It was very warm when we arrived. We found the pillows and bed not firm enough. ”

“We had a lovely stay. It was clean and tidy with great amenities. The host Viktoriya was so kind and accommodating, was so prompt with her responses and made our stay so pleasant. It was nice and quiet and well stocked with items you might forget to pack. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting the Victoria area.”

“Excellent location and cozy house! We were visiting Victoria to celebrate my sister’s graduation from UVic and it was great for working remotely, 5-15 min driving distance and bus available to downtown and UVic. It was great to have a parking spot. The place was very clean and was perfect for having dinner with family. ”

“Location and amenities were great. Pool was clean and uncrowded. Our outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived and we had to take the previous tenants trash to the curb our first night. The condo itself needs some updating. One chair in living room is broken, you fall forward as you try to get up. Other chairs and sofas are dirty and stained and need cleaned or replaced. The dining table has a 4 inch gouge in the center which was covered with a tray. We had to call about plumbing 3……
