We had an upstairs unit and the stairs were not in great shape. It was hard to find how to get to the unit. The unit was clean. Used the coffee pot but it leaked. It was great there was a small refrigerator.

My reservation was for the one remaining room and I had a message from the manager/owner that there was a problem but we were on the road and by the time I saw the message we did not have service. But the manager/owner honored the reservation and greeted us warmly. Great place, cannot wait to go back next year!

Door to room without deadbolt lock. Bathroom door with clothes hook torn from the wall. No smoke alarm.

Struttura ottima per visitare la Monument Valley se non si vuole soggiornare nei costosissimi hotel all’interno del parco. Camera grande e pulita, c’è un ristorante accanto all’hotel dove poter cenare. Frigorifero in camera rumoroso.

The location is perfect for a visit to Monument Valley and the other parks. The hotel is situated near the river.

There are not a lot of options in Mexican Hat so this was our only choice. I think it's pricy for what it offers but you pay for the location close to Monument Valley. The food at the diner was good. The room was clean although it showed its age. Best thing was the view onto the river in the evening.

Proche de monument Valley, bon rapport qualité prix vu la zone touristique où les tarifs sont exorbitants. Jolie vue sur le fleuve. Le lit est un peu mou et les murs sont fins mais j'ai l'impression que les clients font attention aux autres car pas eu plus de nuisances sonores que dans des hôtels de chaîne où les clients s'en foutent

Nice little restaurant on site that has great food. Good view of the San Juan River. This is an older style hotel but it worked for us for our stay.

Beautiful location. Dining staff were lovely. The young girls checking us in didn’t seem to know much but still nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Very convenient location for use tripping through.

Beautiful property, very accommodating staff, the shower was excellent. The room(s) were comfortable but some updating is needed. An excellent gift shop and friendly personnel all around BUT the food at the restaurant was so bland it was awful. We tried everything (I even tossed in some Tabasco) but nada. Plan where to eat in advance.
