“El desayuno continental me pareció poco atractivo y el equipo de aire acondicionado de mi habitación (607) , aunque funcionaba, le faltaban piezas y da mal aspecto.”
“Overall, we had a good experience at Casareyna, however there are a few things I want to point out.
-We stayed in the "older" part of the hotel. One thing that I wish could have been better were the beds, they were very firm/hard.
-Also, for all those foreigners, the hotel does exchange American dollars and Euros at a very good rate (better than at the centro) However, the staff limited our exchange to $100 dollars a day. Sometimes staff members looked bothered when we would ask to exchange……
“The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help.
The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. The part he enjoyed was that they flavored it with cinnamon sticks.
The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is well……
“me hospede por las opiniones de otros viajeros y la verdad me gusto desde la señorita (perdón por no a ver preguntado su nombre) de recepción muy amable excelente hotel tranquilo y las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Esta en el centro de la ciudad. Pará visitar todo.”
“Esta propiedad está cercana al zócalo y es una zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Los departamentos están muy amplios y con una decoración muy agradable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y sin duda me gustaría regresar. ”
“The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again. ”
“The staff was very kind and willing to help us all the time. Beautiful property. The hotel is well located, but parking conditions were difficult. Plan ahead as we waited for more than 20 minutes to have our car brought back from parking lot.
Also, at night we could hear a loud TV set coming from another room. Either sound proofing is needed or warn the guests of these situations in advance.”
“When we are in Puebla, Casona de la China Poblana is our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The upper courtyard area is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing, and with great views of nearby colonial buildings. The restaurant is also top notch, with classic Mexican breakfasts their speciality. With only about 7 rooms, this is perfect for an extended family. ”
“Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.”
“The building gorgeous and epic. The inner courts are beautifully designed and are cool in middle of day. The breakfast is simple but well made with care. The staffeare also very professional and helpful. I totally suggest this as the base to walk and explore the center”
“I liked the proximity to the zócalo. Everything was within walking distance. The room that I stayed in was kinda strange and unwelcoming.
The cleaning staff was terrific! So was the wait staff at the cafe. ”
